Please make your bookings on our website at least 2 working days in advance.

If you use any of the cards below, we’ll have your car picked up and delivered back to you for servicing and registration in Dubai and Abu Dhabi once a year. But that’s not all. Here’re more benefits depending on the type of credit card you hold:

Terms and conditions

Payment must be made using your Emirates NBD debit or credit cards
The travel tickets should be purchased using the debit or credit card eligible for the service
A one-way transfer is considered a drop from airport transfers
Inter-emirate transfers (Dubai and Abu Dhabi only) are available exclusively for Duo Credit Card and Etihad Credit Cards.
Only valid for transfers within Dubai and Abu Dhabi city limits.

Is the concierge benefit available for supplementary credit cardholders as well?

Yes, supplementary cardholders get the same concierge benefits as the primary cardholder.
