Registration of Authorized Callers via Phone Banking:

A business account holder can authorize up to 15 callers to avail phone banking services for their account.

Step 1

Say "Register an authorized caller for phone banking" or choose from the menu

Step 2

Enter your 13 digit account number

Step 3

Enter mobile number of the caller whom you wish to register as authorized caller

Step 4

Enter the 4-digit authentication code shared on your Business account's registered mobile number

Step 5

Set up the the TPIN

Step 6

The mobile number is now added in the authorized caller list

De-registration of Authorized Callers via Phone Banking:

A business account holder can remove existing authorized callers for phone banking.

Step 1

Say "Remove authorized caller from phone banking" or choose from the menu

Step 2

Enter your 13 digit account number

Step 3

Enter your mobile number

Step 4

Enter your TPIN

Step 5

Enter mobile number of the caller whom you wish to remove as authorized caller

Step 6

Enter the 4-digit authentication code shared on your Business account's registered mobile number

Step 7

The mobile number is now removed from authorized caller list
