Driving performance

The Group Executive Team is the most senior management team and operates under the authority of Emirates NBD’s Board of Directors. The team is responsible for monitoring the performance of the group and identifying matters that need the attention of the Board of Directors or Committees.

The main responsibilities of the team include supporting the bank’s strategic direction, budgets, financial reporting, capital and risk management, policies and procedures, corporate governance, executive remuneration, human resources and policies, contracts and shareholders meetings. The team meets twice a month.
