FAQs

You need to provide us with the supplementary credit cardholder’s mobile number for them to start receiving their transaction SMS alerts. You will continue to receive these alerts too. The supplementary cardholder’s alerts will not contain the remaining balance on the credit card. Additionally, authorisation code SMS messages will also be sent to the supplementary cardholder once their mobile number is updated with us.

Supplementary debit card authorisation and transaction SMS messages can only be sent to the primary cardholder’s registered mobile number.
