The programme is exclusive for UAE Nationals as per the list that SZHP provides to Emirates NBD.

Emirates NBD offers interest free for maximum finance amount of AED 800,000 and competitive interest rates flexible repayment options and personalized assistance throughout the loan process.

No, a salary transfer is not mandatory. However, you are encouraged to transfer your salary to Emirates NBD if you intend to avail other benefits, we offer to the UAE national segment.

The maximum home finance amount available is AED 800,000 (interest free - at a interest rate subsidized by SZHP). If you require an additional finance amount, subject to your eligibility, the financing will be provided based on a special competitive commercial rate.

The financing of the AED 800,000 amount is interest free for the customer. Any additional amount required will be given back on your eligibility and on a special competitive commercial rate.

Financing is provided for both self-construction and ready property projects as follows:

  • Ready property finance – developed by SZHP
  • Ready property finance – developer or secondary market in the UAE
  • Self-construction finance – on own or gifted plot
  • In case of ready property purchase, you will pay a down payment of minimum of 15% of the additional finance value take over and above the grant amount of AED 800,000.
  • There is no processing fees.
  • Valuation fees are AED 6000 for self-construction and AED 3,000 for ready property, including VAT.
