Our teller-less branches

The following branches operate as teller-less branches with sales and selected non-cash services only:

  • Dubai Mall
  • Nakheel Mall
  • Dubai Design District
  • Convention Centre (digital branch)

24/7 branches

Our 24X7 branches at Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3, Departure Level is 24/7 operational and support the following banking needs:

  • Personal Banking Services Monday to Saturday from 8am to 2 pm Fridays from 8am to 12.30 pm.
  • 24X7 teller transactions and foreign currency exchange

Evening shift services

Our evening shift starts from 2pm until closing time in all emirates except Abu Dhabi. 

The services below are available during the evening shift: 

  • Cash or cheque deposit
  • Withdrawal of up to AED100,000
  • Foreign currency cash transactions for non-Emirates NBD customers up to AED 25,000 or equivalent
  • Authenticated statement requests
  • Issue of manager’s cheque for up to AED 40,000
  • Submission of application for individual account opening
  • Issue of Global Cash Card
  • Single request for account-to-account transfer
  • Liability or No-liability letter
  • Release letters

Evening shift service in Abu Dhabi

From 2 pm until closing time, you can deposit or withdraw up to a maximum AED100,000 at the following Abu Dhabi branches:

  • Mushrif Mall Branch
  • Al Nasseriah
  • Electra Street Branch Abu Dhabi
  • Dalma Mall Branch Abu Dhabi
  • Deerfields Mall Branch Abu Dhabi

You can safely use our automated services (ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines, Automated Teller Machines) to: 

  • Withdraw cash
  • Check your account balance
  • Pay in cash or cheques
  • Pay your bills
  • Transfer money between your accounts

Need to withdraw cash?

In the UAE, you have access to over 1,000 Emirates NBD ATMs and Cash Deposit Machines to withdraw up to AED 20,000 in a single transaction free. You can withdraw even more in separate transactions and the maximum you can withdraw in a day depends on your daily withdrawal limits.

Using another bank's ATM

You can always use another bank’s ATM to withdraw cash, but there will be a small charge for this.

Internationally, you can use almost any bank’s ATM to withdraw cash using your Emirates NBD cards, but be aware of exchange rates and ATM charges levied by the other bank.
