Applicable for: Selected Emirates NBD PSB Visa Debit Cardholders

Qualifying Customer:

  • This promotion is open only to preselected Emirates NBD Visa Debit Cardholders (“Cardholders/ Cardholder”)
  • The eligible Cardholders will receive specific communication from the Bank through SMS, e-mail, online popup, mobile pop up or ATM communication, with respect to the specific promotion period. Enrollment rights are reserved and solely determined by the bank

Qualifying Criteria and Reward Details:

  • To qualify cardholders will have to make a minimum spend of AED 1,000 in-store or Online on their debit card during campaign period.
  • Cardholders should also register/opt in to be eligible for the promotion. Customer can opt in through ATM/Email/Mobile and Online Banking or by sending SMS “ACTIV” to 4456 from the mobile number registered with Emirates NBD.
  • The first 470 customers to achieve the minimum spend of AED 1,000 will qualify to receive AED 100 cashback.
  • Transactions on the card in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the campaign period will be excluded from the Qualifying Spends/ transactions.
  • Domestic and International cash withdrawals are not eligible spends for the purpose of this promotion.

The cashback will be credited to the Eligible Primary Debit Card within 60 days of the last day of the promotion, subject to the card/ account being in active status.

General Terms:

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and are in addition to Bank’s standard terms and conditions applicable to debit cards, available on Bank’s website at www.emiratesnbd.com/en/schedule-of-fees-and-charges , as may be amended from time to time.
  • Emirates NBD Bank PJSC (the “Bank”) reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to amend, withdraw and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at Bank’s discretion, by notice in writing to you in accordance with applicable law.

The Bank shall not be liable for and shall not entertain claims related to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided under the benefit/ reward by a third party supplier and shall not be responsible to the qualifying customer/ cardholder for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees, costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by any of qualifying customer/ cardholder under or pursuant to any benefit/ reward or in respect of any service or product provided/ proposed to be provided by a third party supplier under these Terms and Conditions
