Bank ABC and Emirates NBD Capital Limited are pleased to announce the successful closing of the US$ 115,000,000 & € 30,000,000 Dual Currency Syndicated Term Loan Facility (the “Facility”) for Yapı Kredi Leasing (the “Borrower”) signed on 28 August 2017.

The transaction comprises of two 2-years and 5-days facilities, denominated in US dollars and Euros, which will primarily be utilized for general corporate purposes.

The transaction was launched at US$ 100 million and received a strong response from the market which resulted in an oversubscription and the Facility is subsequently upsized to US$ 150 million equivalent with participations from Middle East, Europe and Asia. The Facility attracted commitments from 10 banks, including Yapı Kredi Leasing’s core relationship banks, and is a testament to borrower’s intrinsic financial strength, continued strong performance as well as its solid banking relationships.

Bank ABC and Emirates NBD Capital Limited acted as Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners for the Facility. Bank ABC also acted as the Coordinator and Facility agent and Emirates NBD Capital Limited as publicity agent.

State Bank of India, Bahrain joined the transaction as Mandated Lead Arranger and Ahli United Bank B.S.C., ICBC Turkey Bank, Banka Kombëtare Tregtare Sh.a, BBK B.S.C., GarantiBank International N.V., Vakifbank International AG and United Arab Bank P.J.S.C. participated at Arranger leve
