Which accounts can’t be linked to my debit card?

The following accounts can't be linked to your debit card:

My debit card is linked to two accounts. Which account will be debited when I make a transaction?

If your debit card is linked to two accounts and you make a purchase or online transaction, your primary linked account will be debited. To know which account is your primary account, you can call +971 600 54 0000 and when prompted, just say ‘link debit card to account’.

How can I check which accounts my debit card is linked to?

You can check which account your debit card is currently linked to on Online or Mobile Banking.

Online Banking

Log in to Online Banking
Click on My Finances
Select Debit Cards > Card details

Mobile Banking

Log in to Mobile Banking
Click on the hamburger menu on the top left of the app
Select Current Accounts or Savings & Deposits
View Debit Card details
Click Link to another account and answer your secret questions

The accounts your debit card is linked to will have a tick mark against them
