Book your beach club or gym access

To book a beach club/gym access, follow the below:

For new customers:

Visit the platform (https://emiratesnbdbenefits.thriwe.com)
Click on signup button
Add required information such as full name, email address, mobile number, password, card name, and the first six and last four digits of your card

System will validate information and allow access to applicable services.

For existing customers:

Visit the platform (https://emiratesnbdbenefits.thriwe.com)
Select “Add New Card” option from Manage Profile section
Select card name and add first six and last four digits of your card
Select the Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card as the default product on the Portal
Upon successful mapping, system will display the new benefit on the screen
Choose from the services – Beach club/golf access
Select any service and desired outlet and fill the form.

The system will prompt for card validation and only the eligible card will be processed for pre-authorization. Once approved, the system will display the confirmation message and number which will also be sent to your registered email address. Show your confirmation in the facility along with your card and avail your access.

Proceed directly to the beach club/gym entrance and present your reservation confirmation along with your Emirates NBD Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card to gain access
Cancellations made to a booking within 48 hours from the reserved time will be subject to an additional charge
By using your Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card to make a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this program.

Cancellation charges

In the event of more than 1 booking cancellation per month, cardholder may be charged a cancellation fee up to the total booking value, depending on the benefit availed.

Who is eligible to access the premium beach clubs/gyms?

Customers holding Emirates NBD Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card that have the first six digits of the card number as “494029” are eligible for these benefits.

By when should I make a reservation to avail my beach club/gym access?

You can make a reservation to the visiting facility 2 hours before the visiting time (subject to entry time applicable at the facility). The earliest you can pre-book a visit is 30 days.

Can I cancel a reservation?

Yes. Cancellation is allowed 48 hours prior to your visiting time.

How many bookings can be allowed per user? Can I access the same beach club/gym multiple times a day?

Only 1 request per benefit per day is allowed for each access so you can access both the facilities (beach club or gym) only once in a day by placing a booking through the system.

Are there any charges applicable for the access?

No, the access is complimentary. You will be charged with an AED 2 refundable amount for card verification during pre-authorization while initiating the request. Please note that only the access is complimentary, but the services availed inside the property will be chargeable.

Can I bring a guest with me at the outlet?

Only cardholders are eligible for complimentary access using the platform. If you are accompanied by guests, then they will be charged separately at the facility and the same is subject to availability at the time of visit.

Can the beach clubs ask for my child’s proof of age?

Yes. This is standard practice, please always keep their Emirates ID, passport, or proof of identity with you.

I am unable to book my complimentary beach club/gym access. What can I do?

Is the complimentary beach club/gym access available for my supplementary cardholder as well?

Yes, supplementary cards are eligible to this service as well. To avail the offer, the supplementary cardholder will need to register the card separately and redeem the benefit themselves.

How will I be informed about my booking confirmation?

Apart from the confirmation you receive on the Thriwe portal, there will be a separate email confirmation sent to your registered email address. You will need to present the same at the outlet along with your Emirates NBD Priority Banking Visa Infinite Credit Card to gain access.

The service provider/facility is not honoring my access what should I do?
