You can prepay the Total Credit Card Instalment Plan (CCIP) Instalment Price in one lump sum prepayment. However, there will be a CCIP Foreclosure/Cancellation Fee (determined by the bank for that period) to process such requests, as well as requests based on account refund or void transactions.

The amount to be paid every month "Equated Monthly Instalment (EMI)" will be computed by dividing the Total CCIP Price by the CCIP Term. The Total CCIP Price is arrived by adding the Purchase Price of the goods or services and the interest charges for the CCIP Term (if applicable).
CCIP Monthly Instalments shall be billed to you starting from the following statement date after the date of purchase and every month thereafter until the Total CCIP Price is billed in full.
When you make a purchase(s) under the CCIP, the Monthly Minimum Due on the statement will be the sum of the CCIP Monthly Instalment(s) plus all other outstanding transactions multiplied by the required payment percentage determined by Emirates NBD which you will be notified of, plus any excess amounts over the credit limit and all past due amounts (if any).
The flexibility of reducing or increasing the tenure of an existing 0% Instalment Payment Plan is not available.
If you pay less than the Monthly Minimum Due on the due date specified in the card member's credit card monthly statement then charges as per the existing Emirates NBD Credit Card Terms and Conditions governing the issue will apply. If in the case you are unable to make the payment, any existing CCIP transactions will be converted to a revolving interest bearing transaction.
If the card is closed while a transaction is still under CCIP, the CCIP will cease to exist and the unbilled amount of the CCIP will be billed to you. The entire outstanding amount shall immediately become due and payable by you, and the Bank shall have the right to demand an immediate payment at its discretion.

Balance Conversion (BalCon) is a program that allows you to repay your Credit Card statement retail outstanding balance as installment payment plans.

Credit Card e-Statement is an electronic version of your Credit Card Statement. This statement is delivered to you to your email address in the same frequency of your paper statement. You can view, save or print your statement right from your computer.

Finance Charges means the charges billed to the Card Account if the Total Amount Due of the previous month's Statement of Account is not paid in full by the Payment Due Date noted in the Statement of Account.
The Finance Charges are calculated on (an average) daily basis and will be billed to the Card Account if the Total Amount Due is not paid by the Payment Due Date (even if the Minimum Amount Due has been paid by the Payment Due Date). Finance Charges are subject to increase by a percentage as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion from time to time in case the Cardholder is one or more payments overdue.
The amount due for payment is reflected in your Credit Card Statement as Total Payment Due. However, you can choose to pay just the Minimum Payment Due.
Minimum Payment Due means the amount you need to pay on or before the Payment Due Date to avoid any Late Payment Fees. The minimum amount to be paid every month is 5% of the Current Balance or AED 100/- whichever is higher. If you only pay the Minimum Amount Due, the remaining balance will be carried over to the next statement with the applicable finance charges.

You may enroll up to 5 supplementary cardholder. You and your supplementary cardholders will share a single credit limit.
If your card account balance exceeds the assigned credit limit, over limit fee is charged. Such fee will be billed once during the billing cycle.
In case you lose your card or if it has been stolen, please notify the bank immediately by calling 600 54 0000 from within UAE, and
+971 600 54 0000 outside UAE. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This will protect you from subsequent unauthorized use of your card and enable us to provide you with a replacement card.

To avail a free ride on the Go4it Credit Card is easy, just arrive at the prescribed station (details in the table below) on any of the scheduled days. On presenting the Go4it Credit Card at the ticket counter you will be provided with the entry pass which needs to be presented prior to boarding the Dubai Ferry.
Go4it Credit Card entitles you and one accompanying guest to a free ride on the Dubai Ferry. The Go4it Platinum Credit Card provides a free ride in Business class (Gold ticket). The Go4it Gold Credit Card provides a free ride in the Economy class (Silver ticket).

Using your Go4it Credit Card at the RTA Parking Meter/Metro/Bus/Water Bus is quite simple! To begin, your Go4it Credit Card comes installed with a built-in Nol chip; therefore, it can be used exactly like the RTA Nol Card. To pay your parking fare at a Parking Meter, insert the Card in the card slot and then select the time duration on the selection panel. Payment is then instantly deducted from your linked Nol Tag ID, and a parking receipt is generated which can then be placed on your vehicle's dashboard.
The Go4it Gold Credit Card is already enabled to activate any of the RTA discounted products on the Credit Card. To purchase and activate any of the products, please visit the RTA ticket office at any of the Metro stations. You will need to provide supporting documents as per RTA terms and conditions. The RTA Monthly Pass cannot be availed on the Go4it Platinum Credit Card since they are not available for Gold class cabin on the Metro.
The "Credit Card" and "Nol" accounts on your Go4it Credit Card are separate and therefore your credit limit is not directly linked to the Nol account balance. Your credit limit is stated in the letter when you receive your Go4it Credit Card. In case you opt-in for the Auto top up feature, the top up is initiated as per the Auto top up plan selected by you. Your credit limit gets utilized for every successful Auto top up on your Nol Tag ID. Your credit limit is also refreshed once you make a payment towards your Credit Card statement, which also includes the top ups during the billing period.
We have designed the Go4it Credit Card to provide you utmost convenience! The Auto top up request is initiated and completed even if credit limit is insufficient on your Go4it Credit Card. Since such a situation will take your card usage over the assigned limit, you will incur the Over Limit Fee on your Go4it Credit Card as stated in Credit Card Service and Price Guide.
Your Go4it Credit Card comes with a new Nol Tag ID assigned to you. Auto top up facility can be activated for this linked Nol Tag ID only. However, Manual top up allows you to top up any valid Nol Tag ID if required.
All Manual or Auto top up transactions made on your Go4it Credit Card are included in your Go4it Credit Card's monthly statement. You may make a payment towards your Go4it Credit Card statement through various flexible payment options.
In case of loss or damage of your Go4it Credit Card, you may request for a replacement by calling the Emirates NBD Customer Service Helpline +971 600 54 0000. In case of reporting a loss of your Go4it Credit Card, the card is blocked with immediate effect to safeguard you from any misuse of your 'Credit Card'. The 'Nol Tag ID' linked to your Go4it Credit Card is also reported to RTA for blocking to prevent any misuse.
A new Go4it Credit Card with a new card number and new Nol Tag ID is issued subsequently. A Card Replacement Fee will be applicable as per the Emirates NBD Credit Card Service and Price Guide.
In case of card replacement, a new Nol Tag ID is issued with the new Go4it Credit Card. Your new Nol Tag ID number will be engraved on the new plastic on the reverse on the bottom left side. The balance available on your old Nol Tag ID, at the time of blocking, is refunded back in the form of credit on the new Go4it Credit Card and the same reflects in the Credit Card statement. Please note that Nol Tag ID blocking and refund of Nol balance is governed by RTA terms and conditions. In no event will the Bank be responsible for any unauthorized transactions related to your Nol Tag ID. A fee may be applicable for new Nol Tag ID creation. For RTA terms and conditions, please visit www.rta.ae.
Your Go4it Credit Card comes with a magnetic strip and a built-in Nol chip. These are security features which are sensitive to magnetic fields. They may stop functioning temporarily or permanently when the Card is exposed to strong magnetic fields or is handled improperly. You will need to request a replacement Go4it Credit Card if either the magnetic strip or Nol chip stops functioning.
You should report the loss of your Go4it Credit Card on the Emirates NBD Customer Service Helpline +971 600 54 0000. The Bank will take the required steps to block your credit limit from misuse as well as initiate blocking the Nol Tag ID with RTA.
You may request the cancellation of your Go4it Credit Card by calling the Emirates NBD Customer Service Helpline on +971 600 54 0000. The Nol Tag ID linked to the Go4it Credit Card is automatically blocked and cancelled. You will not be able to retain or use the existing Nol Tag ID for transactions on the RTA transit network.

The card reader on the Parking Meter and fare gates of Metro and Bus, show the balance on your Nol Tag ID when you tap your Go4 it Credit Card on them. Please note that tapping on the Metro and Bus Gates also marks the beginning of your journey on the RTA transit network.
RTA allows for a maximum stored value of AED 500 on the Nol Tag ID. In case the last top up on your Go4it Credit Card takes the total balance to more than AED 500, the top up is placed on hold until the limit is cleared to accommodate the top up amount. With subsequent usage of your Nol Tag ID, your balance will reduce and then accommodate the top up amount.
All Supplementary Cards linked to the Primary Go4it Credit Card come with their own unique Nol Tag ID. You may request for Auto top up facility to be enabled for the Supplementary Card/s as well. Auto top up requests on the Supplementary Cards are executed from the credit limit assigned to the Supplementary Card.
If you have not requested for the Salik Auto top facility at the time of application for your Go4it Credit Card, you may do so by calling us on +971 600 54 0000. CCIP Monthly Installments shall be billed to you, starting from the following statement date, after the date of retail purchase and every month thereafter until the Total CCIP Price is billed in full.
When a Card member makes a retail purchase(s) under the CCIP, the Monthly Minimum Due on the statement will be the sum of the CCIP Monthly Installment(s) plus all other outstanding transactions multiplied by the required payment percentage determined by Emirates NBD and notified to the Card member, plus any excess amounts over the credit limit and all past due amounts, if any.
The flexibility of reducing or increasing the tenure of an existing Installment Payment Plan is not available.
If you pay less than the Monthly Minimum Due on the due date specified in the card member's Credit Card monthly statement then charges as per the existing Emirates NBD Credit Card Terms and Conditions governing the issue will apply. If in the case you are unable to make the payment, any existing CCIP transactions will be converted to a revolving interest bearing transaction.

"Lifestyle Protector Insurance", is a unique protection plan that the primary credit card holder can opt for on his Emirates NBD credit card, to cover the family's regular expenses in case of death due to accident or permanent total disablement of the primary card holder.
"Lifestyle Protector Insurance" Cover is applicable for all UAE residents from the age of 18 up until 65 years.
Only primary card holders are eligible for the "Lifestyle Protector Insurance" cover.
"Lifestyle Protector Insurance" covers regular expenses like Utility bills, House Rent, School fees, Grocery bills, shipping of personal belongings, Repatriation expenses, as per limits defined in the policy.
There are two plans that are offered under the "Lifestyle Protector Insurance" cover.

For the other benefits under Platinum & Infinite plan – the maximum limit is AED 78,700 and under Silver/ Gold / Titanium the maximum limit is AED 33,250.
The premium payment will be on a monthly basis; 0.99% of the current balance at billing frequency of the credit card. For e.g. in case the outstanding is AED 1000, the premium charged will be AED 9.90 only. In the event the outstanding balance is zero then no premium applies.
The cover will commence once the premium has been debited from his/her credit card and the customer is enrolled in the plan.
At the time of enrollment for "Lifestyle Protector Insurance" cover, you are not required to provide any documents for enrollment. Go4it Cardholders & Manchester United credit card are provided the cover by default on the credit card. For other products, customers can be enrolled over the phone.
Under the "Lifestyle Protector Insurance", the insured can cancel his policy by calling Emirates NBD call center. There is no refund facility available for the customer if he cancels his current or previous month's premium. Once the customer opts out he/she will not be able to enroll in the insurance plan at all.

You can choose to prepay or foreclose your existing Loan on Card facility by contacting our call center on 600540000. A foreclosure fee of 1% of the principal outstanding plus 5% VAT will be applicable.
Your Loan on Card plan will remain active. If the prepayment is done with an intention to cancel the plan, you are required to contact our call center at 600540000 and request for a cancellation. Upon cancellation, the prepayment will be adjusted towards the Loan on Card outstanding and a foreclosure fee of 1% of the principal outstanding plus 5% VAT will be applied.
A monthly installment has to be paid towards your Loan on Card plan. However, if you fail to repay your installments for two consecutive months, your plan will automatically be foreclosed. Your entire outstanding balance from the Loan on Card plan will immediately be due for payment in full. The remaining outstanding balance will then attract our regular finance charges.
When your Credit Card cancellation is processed, all active plans on the Card will automatically be closed, a foreclosure fee and remaining outstanding balance will be due for payment in full.

Auto top up plans
You may choose the Auto top up amount from any of the below plans:
The Auto top up option recharges the Nol Tag ID from your Credit limit and therefore your Credit limit is utilised to the extent of the top up amount. All Auto top ups initiated within your Go4it Card statement cycle are included in your monthly Go4it Card statement for payments.
Auto top up cancellation
You may call our customer service helpline on +971 600 54 0000 to request cancellation of Auto top up facility on your Go4it Card. Your Go4it Card will be replaced with a new Card with the Auto top up facility deactivated. A replacement fee will be applicable as stated in Emirates NBD Service and Price Guide. Alternatively, you may visit any of the RTA ticket offices (at all Metro stations and select Bus stations) and request to deactivate your Auto top up facility.
Use any of the Manual top up channels
You may also top up your Go4it Card manually. This can be conveniently done through any of the following channels:
Use of Go4it Credit Card at a RTA Parking Meter
For a parking meter with a horizontal card slot, insert the card with the chip facing down
For a parking meter with a vertical card slot, insert the card with the chip facing right.
