Qualifying Card

Qualifying Spends

Transactions made on the qualifying Card classified by visa as below during the promotion period will be part of the qualifying spends.
- In-store International Transactions (Non AED spends)
First 600 customers who qualify and opt in will be rewarded with cashback.
Minimum spend of AED 3500 in 3 months to qualify for the cashback.
Spends made on Supplementary cards attached to the qualifying Debit Card will also be included towards determining the total qualifying spends.
Transactions on the Card in the form of Cash withdrawal, reversals, refunds, disputed purchases, Bank levied charges and payment/credits on the Card during the promotion period will be excluded from the qualifying spends.

Minimum Spend & Prizes

5 % up to AED 400 in the form of cashback will be credited to the account linked to the qualifying Debit card.
Eligible customers will be credited with the cashback post 60 days of the end date of campaign period.
Cash back cannot be exchanged or transferred by the bank to any other party.
600 customers who have spent AED 3500 on specified Merchant categories will be credited 5% up to AED 400 cashback.

General Terms:

The qualifiers will be intimated directly by Emirates NBD within a period of 60 days from the completion date through email/letter/phone.
Emirates NBD reserve the right to use the names of the winners in the bank collaterals, SMS, EDM, websites, social media, etc.
Any dispute with respect to what constitutes an eligible spend will not be entertained.
Emirates NBD reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
These Terms and condition are governed by the laws of UAE and subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
