Emirates NBD Debit Card Campaign

Promotion Period: 15 May – 15 August 2023

Applicable for: Selected Emirates NBD Visa Debit Cardholders

Qualifying Customer:

Solely determined by the bank.

Qualifying Spends:

Only spends made during the campaign period.
Supplementary Debit Cards attached to the qualifying Primary Debit Card will also be included towards determining the Qualifying spend.
Transactions on the card in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases during the Promotion Period will be deducted from the Qualifying Spends/ transactions.
Domestic and International cash withdrawals are not eligible spends for the purpose of this promotion.
In case of any other campaigns/promotion being run during the same period, the reward will be awarded for any one qualifying campaign only.
To qualify for the reward, cardholders should spend the minimum amount during the campaign period on the Debit Card as communicated to them through direct communication.
Cardholders should also register/opt in for this promotion. Customer can opt in through ATM/Email/Mobile and Online Banking or by sending SMS “RETEN” to 4456 from the mobile number registered with Emirates NBD. Regardless of the opt-in date, all spends made during the campaign period from the start date will qualify towards the campaign.
Eligible customers will be awarded cashback, as per the qualifying spends. The Cashback will be credited to the Debit Card on which the Qualifying spend was made within 60 days of the last day of the promotion, subject to the card/ account being in active status.
Please note that only the first 350 customers who opt in and meets the target spends will be eligible for the cashback.
