Emirates NBD will never ask you for your card or bank details, PIN, CVV, OTP and other personal information over the phone, via SMS or email. Know the signs of fraud and protect your information at all times.
"Phishing” for your information through fraudulent emails purportedly from a trusted source asking you to supply or confirm account information, log-in IDs or passwords.
"Short Message Service", similar to phishing except using text messages sent to your cellphone.
"Voice phishing”, where live or automated callers direct you to call your bank or credit card issuer under the pretext of clearing up a problem and asking for your personal or account information.
Keep Watchful of the Sender Domain
You are requested to remain vigilant of the sender domain and report suspicious emails at ﬁrst instance to your Relationship Manager. The Bank will never ask for your banking details via any format/links sent from suspicious emails to your email.
