Convert your everyday spends on your credit card to valuable Skywards Miles

You can earn Skywards Miles on your everyday spends by using the Emirates NBD Skywards Visa Infinite or Emirates NBD Skywards Signature credit cards.

Miles can be redeemed for flights with Emirates, flydubai and other partner airlines, Emirates flight upgrades, hotel accommodation, excursions and shopping.

Spend and earn Skywards Miles

You earn Miles every time you make a retail purchase or payment using your credit card. The number of Miles you earn differs depending on the type of transaction and the card you’re using.

Domestic spends under these categories earn Miles as follows:

Online food delivery and car booking apps earn 2 Miles per USD equivalent spent on Skywards Infinite Credit Cards and 1.5 Miles per USD equivalent spent on Skywards Signature Credit Cards
Grocery, supermarkets, fast-food restaurants, insurance and car dealerships earn Miles at 25% of the domestic earning rate
Petroleum, transit, government services, utility payments, real estate, education and telecommunication payments earn Miles at 10% of the domestic spend earning rate

Domestic and International Duty Free spends earn 2 Miles per USD equivalent spent on Skywards Infinite Credit Cards and 1.5 Miles per USD equivalent spent on Skywards Signature Credit Cards.

You can earn up to your credit limit or AED 100,000 for Skywards Infinite and AED 50,000 for Skywards Signature Credit Card (whichever is lower).

Miles you earn during a credit card billing cycle are transferred to your Emirates Skywards account based on your monthly statement date.

If you receive your statement before the 25^th of the month, your Miles will be transferred by the 25^th of the same month
If you receive your statement on or after the 25^th of the month, your Miles will be transferred by the 25^th of the next month

Since my spend is calculated in USD, what conversion rate is used?

We use a fixed conversion rate of USD1 = AED3.672. This rate can change at any time.

How long are Skywards Miles valid for?

I have multiple Emirates Skywards accounts. Which account will my Miles be transferred to?

Your Miles will be credited to the Emirates Skywards Account you provided us during your card or account application process.

Do all transactions on my credit card earn Miles?

Only retail spends earn you Miles. Loans on your card, cash advances, bank fees and charges, balance transfers etc. don’t earn Miles. Click here to learn more about eligible transactions.

What happens to the Miles earned on my supplementary credit card?

Any Miles earned on your supplementary credit card will be transferred to the Emirates Skywards account linked to the primary credit card.

Will I lose the rewards I have earned if my card is replaced?

No, you won't lose your rewards, they'll just be transferred to your new Emirates NBD card.
