Steps to Apply for Auto loan NOC

Important information about the service

Before you apply for the service make sure to clear all fines from the traffic file (if any).
Tourism certificate is valid for 6 months.
If the vehicle driver outside of UAE is not the owner, then it is required to mention the name of the person who will drive the vehicle on the tourism certificate.
In case the tourism certificate expires while you are outside the UAE, please contact the Automobile & Touring Club of the UAE for further assistance.

Call 600 54 0000 or visit one of our branches to request for an NOC service.
Once you receive an SMS confirmation from us, visit the "Automobile and Touring Club" with your vehicle registration and pay the required fees.
The Automobile and Touring Club will provide you with an NOC document, which is to be submitted to the RTA.
Visit RTA website or visit an RTA Center to request a Tourism Certificate, submit the required documents, and pay the RTA fees.
RTA will issue an Electronic Tourism Certificate & will be valid for 6 months.

Individuals:

The driver of the vehicle should hold a valid UAE driving license.
Original valid Emirates ID of the vehicle owner.
NOC from the Automobile & Touring Club of The UAE from all individuals, except for Emirati locals, GCC citizens, diplomatic and governmental corps who are using their owned vehicles within GCC countries.
NOC from the mortgagee bank (if the vehicle is under mortgage).

Non- individual:

The driver of the vehicle should be an employee of the company.
Original valid Emirates ID of the vehicle driver.
NOC from the Automobile & Touring Club of The UAE from all individuals, except for Emirati locals, GCC citizens, diplomatic and governmental corps who are using their owned vehicles within GCC countries.
NOC from the mortgagee bank (if the vehicle is under mortgage).
Copy of trade license.
Copy of Memorandum of Association translated into Arabic (featuring the name of the signatory).
Original valid Emirates ID of the signature authorized person.
Valid Passport and visa copies of the signature authorized person.
Request letter in Arabic signed and stamped by the signature authorized person.
