International Abu Dhabi and Group Retail Banking Sales: Group RBWM International, Abu Dhabi & Retail Banking Sales unit provide strategic and business leadership to three key areas.

The department oversees all aspects of international division’s retail banking and wealth management business.
Priority and Personal Banking: The Priority Banking segment offers its clients a premium banking experience, filled with benefits which are exclusively tailor-made for Individuals and select institutions, supported by trained and certified Relationship Managers and Wealth Specialists.The Personal Banking segment helps its customers manage their finances and banking requirements with the support of its Personal Banking Advisors and Branch Services.
Group Digital Office: The RBWM Digital Office manages digital banking channels and launches innovative solutions to help customers transact or sign up for services anytime and from anywhere. An example of this is Liv, the UAE’s first digital bank for millennials, that provides a lifestyle-centred mobile-only banking proposition targeting youth.
RBWM Governance: Governance plays a critical role in the oversight and management of operations, compliance and the risk management within Retail Banking. The team functions as bridge between risk & control and business functions, thus ensuring adherence to process excellence and governance.
The Governance team oversees all RBWM operations to ensure that the bank conforms to the applicable laws, regulations and practices. This includes monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring that necessary measures are adopted in implementation, adaption and adherence.
Retail Distribution: The Retail Distribution team manages the bank’s extensive branch and self-serve network, together with the Retail Banking Sales team that meets customers for personalized home or office visits.
Retail Products: Build and manage propositions across different categories including Accounts, Cards, Loans, FX and Wealth.
Group Marketing: Group Marketing focuses on providing marketing support and driving the service mandate for the Group.
Private Banking: A specialized banking service designed to cater to UHNWIs, Families and Institutions, offering them a suite of customized wealth management solutions spanning across Investment Advisory, Customized Lending, Trust & Estate Planning, Real Estate Advisory and much more.

RBWM Business Strategy and Customer Intelligence: Responsible for strategy development and implementation for Retail Banking and Wealth Management. We ensure alignment of plans and actions across business units in line with the bank’s objectives and support development of the strategic initiatives. The team also helps prioritize ongoing and planned initiatives to enable allocation of resources effectively and build market intelligence & benchmarking to identify regional and global best practices.
