Being a Scrum Master means I can help my team continuously improve. Knowing I’ve helped make someone’s role easier is personally rewarding for me. You get to build relationships across the bank too.
In one year, I earned three globally recognized certifications in Agile and project management. That would take much longer elsewhere. The emphasis on learning and development is on another level here especially for UAE Nationals. I’ve never seen this amount of support before in my career.
Outside work, I love to travel. My favorite place is the Gold Coast in Australia and I enjoy reading as well. It’s a great way to unwind after work.
