I think Emirates NBD is the best place to start your career as a UAE National. You get lots of hands-on experience and the training is excellent. I joined through our Bedaya graduate program and since then, have moved into a full-time IT role.   

I’m always out with field engineers, visiting our different offices and branches. Being part of the IT Service Desk team is a great fit for me because I like being out meeting people and solving problems.

The training has been excellent and this is one of Emirates NBD’s strong points. I’ve received certifications in technical areas like IT Service Management best practices and Six Sigma, as well as on broader topics like business communication. We’re constantly encouraged to learn more.

It’s not just work, work, work either. The sense of community here is really strong. We go out for team building activities, we volunteer in the community and you even get time off to study. It’s a nice place to come to work every day.
