• Please keep your transfer details at hand to complete this form.
• While we’re committed to resolving your service request as quickly as possible, if your request involves other banks and institutions, it can take up to 15 working days for local transfers and up to 19 working days or more for international.

Local transfers: AED transfer requests received before 6 pm and requests in other currencies received before 2 pm, Monday to Saturday will be processed the same working day. Transfers made after these times will be processed the next working day.

Your transfers on time are subject to availability of funds and accuracy of details.
