Credit Card Limit Increase Request

Before you start

Before you apply for a credit card limit increase, make sure

Your credit card is not a Business or a GlobalCash card.
You’ve had your credit card for a minimum of 6 months.
Your Passport, Emirates ID & Visa are current and up to date on our records.
Your AECB score is updated.
If you are a salaried person and your salary is being transferred to Emirates NBD or to another bank, fill in this UAEFTS Form.

Your credit card type will determine your maximum limit.
You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your credit card number and registered mobile number.
Your request will be processed within 8 working days. Once done, you will receive an SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number.
