  • Once you submit, you will receive an SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number and your request will be processed immediately.

You’re eligible if your purchase has been made with one of our participating merchants.

Rewards will be forfeited for transactions converted to a 0% IPP except for the following credit cards:

  • Skywards Credit Cards
  • Skywards Business Credit Cards
  • On Dnata cards, transactions conducted at dnata outlets and Dnata online
  • U by Emaar Credit Cards on Emaar spends
  • LuLu Credit Cards on LuLu spends

Regular Installment Payment Plan, Balance Conversion, and Loan on Card don’t have a processing fee, but a nominal interest rate applies based on your credit card history and usage. With the 0% interest Installment Payment Plan there could be a one-time processing fee of AED 51.45 (inclusive of VAT) per transaction. For more details, read more about our fees and charges.

Yes, you can cancel your installment plan through Mobile Banking and Online Banking. Before cancelling your plan, you will have to settle the remaining principal outstanding plus a foreclosure fee of 1% of the principal outstanding and 5% VAT.
