You can apply for a loan deferment for your personal or auto loan

Before you start

  • Important! when deferring a loan, your principal amount will be moved to the end of the loan tenure and interest will be added to the remaining installments. After the first and/or second deferment request, the monthly installment may remain the same.
  • You can defer your loan if your loan repayment mode is set to 'auto debit'. If this is not the case, or if you're not sure if it is, please call us on +971600540000 and we'll be happy to help.
  • Make sure to place your loan deferment request 5 working days before your due date. Loan deferment will apply from the second installment onwards.
  • You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your account number and registered mobile number.
  • Your request will be processed within 4 working days. Once done, you will receive an SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number.
