Authenticated Statement Request

Before you start

  • You’ll be asked security questions so we can make sure that it’s you. Be prepared with your account number and registered with the bank mobile number.
  • Maximum of 6 months statements can be requested via the website. If you require a stamped statement for over 6 months and up to 3 years tenure by visiting the nearest branch before 2 pm with your Emirates ID or passport for identification.
  • Statement will be stamped and sent to you via courier (Emirates Post). Courier will contact you on your registered mobile number with the bank for delivering the stamped statement.
  • Statement is issued within 5 working days and you will receive SMS with the request details on your registered mobile number with the bank.
  • Charges for authenticated statement varies depending on your banking package. Please ensure you have sufficient balance on your account to accept the charges and successfully complete your request.
