Recruitment Process

  • A recruiter shall screen your application against a list of criteria and prerequisites vital for the role
  • Remember, we are committed to review all applications. Hence, the process may take some time, kindly bear with us
  • If you have passed the screening (which may include psychometric and ability assessments), you will receive a phone call to have a quick discussion
  • This will be followed by an HR interview where we assess the “cultural fit,” taking into account your distinctive qualities
  • The next step is a few more rounds of interviews that depend on the seniority of the role as well as the competencies required
  • This would mean meeting your future line manager and the unit head, followed by other necessary interviewers
  • Along the way, we also perform background checks, so be ready to furnish all relevant information
  • If you have passed all of the above, Congratulations! Our offer letter will be soon landing in your inbox
  • Our onboarding team will get in touch with you to ensure you have an amazing onboarding experience
