If you have passed the screening (which may include psychometric and ability assessments), you will receive a phone call to have a quick discussion
This will be followed by an HR interview where we assess the “cultural fit,” taking into account your distinctive qualities
The next step is a few more rounds of interviews that depend on the seniority of the role as well as the competencies required
This would mean meeting your future line manager and the unit head, followed by other necessary interviewers
Along the way, we also perform background checks, so be ready to furnish all relevant information
