Can I visit a branch to make a transfer or payment?

Yes, you can visit your nearest branch and we’ll be happy to assist. Charges may be applicable as per your banking package:

I’ve just added a new payment or transfer beneficiary. Can I make a payment or transfer money to them immediately?

You can make payments to all newly added beneficiaries immediately. For transfers, you need to wait 24 hours when you add a new beneficiary.

My transfer or payment has not come through. What should I do?
