Block and replace your stolen or lost card
Learn what to do when you lose your card and want to replace it.
Here, we’ve listed an easy reference of immediate steps to block and replace your lost or stolen card.
Block and replace your card with our Mobile Banking app
- Once logged in to the Emirates NBD Mobile Banking app, click on the information icon on the top right of the screen.
- Click on Security Center and answer your secret questions.
- Select Manage Your Card and click on Block Card.
- Select the card you want to block and replace.
- Select the reason for blocking as Lost or Stolen.
- Choose whether you would like request for a replacement immediately or later, and click on Continue.
- On the next screen review your transaction details and click on Confirm.
Your card will be blocked immediately and your replacement card (if opted) will be processed and delivered to you within 3 working days.
Block and replace your card through Online Banking
- Once logged in to Online Banking, click on My Finances.
- Navigate to the Cards listing page and select your credit card by clicking on Card Details.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and under Card Details click on Block Card.
- Select the reason for blocking as Lost or Stolen.
- Choose whether you would like request for a replacement immediately or later, and click on Continue.
- On the next screen review your transaction details and click on Confirm.
Your card will be blocked immediately and your replacement card (if opted) will be processed and delivered to you within 3 working days.

- Find Online Advice at the header
- Select Private Wall to send your query. Click here to log in now.
Notes:
Please note when blocking and replacing a Go4it Credit Card, your existing NOL tag ID will be blocked as well and a new NOL tag ID will be issued on your replaced card. Your current NOL balance will be transferred to your new credit card in 15 days.
Please note a nominal fee is applicable for Credit Card replacement requests and is determined by the bank based on the type of Credit Card being replaced.
