Priority Banking and Employee Banking Referral Program

Eligibility and mechanics:

• PRB RM will record the lead in Siebel CRM
• Referrals will be acted upon by Employee Banking Team who will meet the employer point of contact to start process of listing the company and in parallel engage sales channel to start onboarding relationships
• For a successful referral, minimum of 5 NTB Payroll (Beyond/PRB) accounts need to be opened from referred employer with at least one salary transfer of AED 15,000 or more reflecting by 30th April 2025
• Each successful referral will result in AED 10,000 reward for PRB RM at end of contest period
• Sales Staff incentive will be paid for NTB Payroll accounts as per existing Xceed structure as BAU

Monitoring and fulfilment:

• Offer is for selected 470 employers whose C-Suite customer is being managed by PRB RMs
• Participating PRB RM’s will inform of the contest details by PRB segment team
• CIE to circulate a monthly tracker for monitoring the status of referrals in CRM.
• Reward will be paid to eligible PRB RM at end of contest period by Xceed team.
• The cost for this campaign will be booked under Xceed budget.
