This function is a self-service type concept where the account holder requests information about his/ her own account or credit card using specific codes which are listed against each function below. A prompt message will be sent back to the customer from Mobile banking service with the relevant information. The speed of how fast does the customer get back a reply is dependent of the service provider.

Just follow 3 easy steps:

  • Step 1
    Key relevant SMS command into your mobile
  • Step 2
    Dial 4455 and send
  • Step 3
    View your information on the screen

Note:

  • Available on registration for Etisalat (050 / 056) and du (055) consumer numbers
  • Standard service provider charges for short messages will be applicable
