Earning Reward Points
Reward Points are earned for all retail purchases made on your Emirates NBD Dnata Credit Card. Every AED 100 spent using your Emirates NBD Dnata Credit Card, both locally and abroad, earns you 1.5 Reward Points (equivalent to AED 1.5) that can be redeemed for products and services offered at Dnata.

Your Reward Points will be calculated on a monthly basis and you will be updated on your Reward Points balance through your monthly credit card statement. Alternatively, you can call the Emirates NBD Call Centre on 600 54 0000 to ask for your current Reward Points balance.

Redeeming Reward Points
Redemptions can be made at any of the Dnata outlets in the UAE listed below. Redemptions are completed at the time of purchase. You can redeem all or part of the points balance shown on your last credit card statement at the time of purchase. A minimum of 150 points is required to redeem.
