Emirates NBD celebrates graduation of more than 50 employees from

As part of its continuous efforts to invest in its most valuable assets, Emirates NBD recently celebrated the graduation ceremony of more than 50 motivated employees who were awarded the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) Certificate in Team Leading. The qualification is designed in collaboration with Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and Zayed University Institute for Community Engagement (ZU-ICE) and equips learners with knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of leaders. The event was attended by Senior Managers of the bank, ILM, Zayed University, Family members and other dignitaries.

With more than 5 customized training and development programmes designed to suit the various capabilities and qualifications of the UAE community in general and its employees in particular, Emirates NBD is at the forefront of training and development programmes. The group has partnered with numerous educational and professional development institutions to further the development of its UAE National and expatriate staff.
